Fraudulent Worker’s Compensation Claims

This serves notice that workers’ compensation fraud is illegal. In the event of fraudulent workers’ compensation claim, the State Board of Workers’ Comp and our insurance carrier will investigate and pursue criminal and or civil penalties against all parties including the participating employee and all accessories to the fraud.

I realize that insurance fraud is a serious crime and I am subject up to a $10,000 fine and one year in jail per fraud charge if I am found guilty.
